Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Prescription Saver. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Prescription Saver is a mobile application that allows users to photograph, store, organize, and manage their prescription records digitally. The app is available on Android via Google Play and is operated by an independent developer based in Bangladesh.
Prescription Saver is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for consulting a licensed healthcare professional.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Prescription Saver. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian permission.
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Prescription Saver offers two tiers:
Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Google Play account settings. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
Refunds: Subscription purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly — please contact Google Play support for refund requests.
You retain full ownership of the prescription images and data you upload to Prescription Saver. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to provide you with the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store the content you upload. Do not upload content that belongs to others without permission.
You agree not to:
Prescription Saver is a personal digital storage tool only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have stored or read in this app.
We aim to keep Prescription Saver available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice to allow you to export your data.
The Prescription Saver app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the license to use the app as described.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prescription Saver and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of prescription records, or reliance on information stored in the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Free-plan users acknowledge the service is provided without charge and with no warranty.
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
