Delete Your Prescription Saver Account

Prescription Saver gives you full control over your account and personal data. You can permanently delete your account or delete specific data while keeping your account.

Delete Your Account

Open the Prescription Saver app.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Your account will be permanently deleted.
Your prescriptions will be permanently deleted.
Your reminders will be permanently deleted.
Your reports will be permanently deleted.
Your profile information will be permanently deleted.
You will no longer be able to access your account.

Delete Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you want to keep your account, you can delete specific data at any time from within the app.

Delete individual prescriptions.
Delete individual reminders.
Delete individual reports.

Deleting these items does not delete your account.

Data Retention

After your account is deleted, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems unless we are required by law to retain certain information.
